Junior Estate Agent
The junior estate agent is a level 2 apprenticeship delivered remotely over 12 to 15 months that includes the level 3 award in residential sales as a free bolt-on. The apprenticeship focuses on the knowledge, skills and fundamental behaviours to propel your professional career and support the inevitable regulations.

Eligibility
Anyone can take this course including employers/owners, directors and both existing and newly recruited staff, as long as long as the below critera are met:
• You must be a limited company with a PAYE scheme in place
• Aged 16+ (no upper age limit) and based in England
• Staff ideally contracted or offering a contract of a minimum 30 hours pw
• From overseas? right to public funds i.e. a visa or settlement scheme
*Staff can enrol on contracts as low as 16 hours pw. However, for every hour under 30, will result in an increase to the programme duration.

• Propertymark NAEA at student grade or full member grade
• Recognised by RoPA

Cost
Over £3m annual wage bill
- You will fund the programmes through your apprenticeship levy. Please speak to your KTA sales representative if you are unsure how this works.
Under £3m annual wage bill (If you are a levy payer, then you will transfer to this method once it is spent).
- Aged under 22: 100% government-funded (Training is free).
- Aged 22 and over: 95% government funded. Resulting in a 5% employer contribution.
Progression Options
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, staff can enrol on a further apprenticeship, as long as their job position and responsibilities match the evidence required to complete it. To check this, click the ‘suitability’ tab.

The junior estate agent apprenticeship would suit staff that are either new or existing and are customer facing. Negotiating and valuation either need to already part of your role, or can take place at some stage on the programme. This work must comply with contractual, statutory and legal regulations and approved Codes of Practice.
The USP, is that the apprenticeship doesn’t require exams, instead favouring evidence of knowledge, applied knowledge (skills) and a final work-based project. However, we will include the Propertymark level 3 exam, for free, as we appreciate some want this prestigious recognition and achieve the “earmarked” level 3 minimum RoPA regulation requirement. This apprenticeship does support NAEA membership upon completion, covered by us as a thank you for completing!
The programme will include all resources, (optional) exams, drop-in surgeries, and an industry expert tutor, which according to our employer and learner feedback, is the main benefit of our apprenticeship offering.

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress you onto our Housing & Property Management level 3 or perhaps our Team Leader level 3 apprenticeship to continue your career development journey.
