Mortgage Advisor
The Mortgage Advisor is a level 3 apprenticeship delivered remotely over 12 to 15 months that focuses on the knowledge, skills and fundamental behaviours to propel your professional career and include all 3 CeMAP modules/exams as standard.Â

Eligibility
Anyone can take this course including employers/owners, directors and both existing and newly recruited staff, as long as long as the below critera are met:
• You must be a limited company with a PAYE scheme in place
• Aged 16+ (no upper age limit) and based in England
• Staff ideally contracted or offering a contract of a minimum 30 hours pw
• From overseas? right to public funds i.e. a visa or settlement scheme
*Staff can enrol on contracts as low as 16 hours pw. However, for every hour under 30, will result in an increase to the programme duration.

• Aged under 19: 100% government funded (free)

Progression Options

The Mortgage Advisor level 3 apprenticeship would suit staff that are aspiring brokers that want to become a qualified mortgage advisor. This work must comply with contractual, statutory, and legal regulations and approved codes of practice.Â
The USP, is that this programme includes all the CeMAP resources, workshops & exams as standard. Along with the completion of the CeMAP certificate, the apprenticeship will require you to submit a portfolio of work based evidence, reflective discussion of skills evidence and a final role play scenario. Â
The programme will additionally include live online delivery workshops and drop-in support surgeries for staff and employers. Each of your staff will be allocated an industry expert tutor to support you remotely 121, which According to our employer and learner feedback, is the main benefit of our apprenticeship offering.Â

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress staff onto either our Team Leader Level 3 or Operations / Departmental Management lever 5 apprenticeship to explore the art behind strategy and continue their career development journeyÂ
