Marketing Executive

Anyone can take this course, including employers/owners, directors, and both existing and newly recruited staff, as long as the following criteria are met:

• You must be a limited company with a PAYE scheme in place
• Aged 16+ (no upper age limit) and based in England 
  
• Staff ideally contracted or offering a contract of a minimum of 30 hours pw
• From overseas? Must have right to public funds (e.g., visa or settlement scheme)
  
  

*Staff can enrol on contracts as low as 16 hours pw. However, for every hour under 30, the programme duration will increase.*

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals in marketing roles who are responsible for delivering tactical marketing activities. It suits those who: 

• Work in a marketing team or agency
• Support campaign planning and execution 
  
• Manage digital and offline marketing channels 
  
• Need to develop project management and communication skills
  
  

  The job role MUST include the following 7 responsibilities/duties upon starting or be given at some point during the programme to achieve: 
  

• Campaign Planning: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing: Manage digital channels including social media, email, and websites. Market Research: Collect and analyse data to understand target audiences. 
• Content Creation: Produce marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, and social posts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external agencies.  
• Brand Management: Support brand positioning and ensure consistency. 
• Personal Development: Continuously improve marketing knowledge and skills.

On completion of this apprenticeship standard, you will achieve:

• Marketing Executive Level 4 (equivalent to a foundation degree)

Cost 

• Aged under 22: 100% government-funded (Training is free) 
• Aged 22 and over: 95% government-funded. One-off 5% employer contribution of £350 (No upper age limit)
