Modern apprenticeships are designed by employers, so the training reflects the skills, knowledge and behaviours an apprentice will need for a particular occupation.

Apprenticeship training is of a high standard and regulated by Ofsted, exactly the same as a schools, colleges and universities. Only training providers who are on the ‘register of apprenticeship training providers’ can deliver the training. Eligibility

  1. (Existing staff) Ideally contracted to at least 30 hours per week (although this can be as low as 16 hours per week, but the programme length will be extended to reflect)
  2. Not already achieved a similar qualification, as we need to justify, we are giving you new skills & knowledge
  3. Not in fulltime education (16+ hour per week)
  4. Committed to the training schedule and employer is happy for this to run alongside your job (if you are an employee seeking an apprenticeship, please contact us.
