Eligibility:

Before registering staff using the guide below, you must make sure they are a fulltime (contracted to a minimum 30 hours per week) employee on your own PAYE scheme i.e., not a sub-contractor. They must have resided in the UK for a least 3 years, and if from overseas, they must have evidence of a ‘right to public funds’ via i.e., visa or a settlement scheme.
