The Senior housing and property management is a level 4 apprenticeship delivered remotely over 18 months that focuses on the knowledge, skills and fundamental behaviours to propel your professional career and support the inevitable regulationsÂ

Eligibility
Anyone can take this course including employers/owners, directors and both existing and newly recruited staff, as long as long as the below critera are met:
• You must be a limited company with a PAYE scheme in place
• Aged 16+ (no upper age limit) and based in England
• Staff ideally contracted or offering a contract of a minimum 30 hours pw
• From overseas? right to public funds i.e. a visa or settlement scheme
*Staff can enrol on contracts as low as 16 hours pw. However, for every hour under 30, will result in an increase to the programme duration.
Achievements
On completion of this apprenticeship standard you will achieve:Â
- Certified Practitioner Member grade – CertCIH
- A level 4 programme recognised by RoPAÂ
- Â Qualifies for access to the level 5 chartered qualification, to achieve Chartered Membership grade

The senior housing and property management apprenticeship would suit staff that are in management or senior positions that have a role to play in business strategy, project management and finance. This work must comply with contractual, statutory, and legal regulations and approved codes of practice.Â
The USP, is that the senior housing and property management apprenticeship supports Certified Practitioner Membership upon completion, achieve by collating evidence of knowledge, applied knowledge (skills) and a final work-based project. The members cost membership cost is covered by us, as a thank you for completing. The completion of the level 4 version also then grants you access to the level 5 chartered management programme for those that want to continue their journey!
The apprenticeship will include all resources, drop-in surgeries and an industry expert tutor, which according to our employer and learner feedback, is the main benefit of our apprenticeship offering.

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress staff onto our Operations / Departmental Management lever 5 apprenticeship to explore the art behind strategy or contact the CIH directly to explore the level 5 chartered certificate/diploma and continue their career development journey
