Senior Housing and Property Management

The Senior housing and property management is a level 4 apprenticeship delivered remotely over 18 months that focuses on the knowledge, skills and fundamental behaviours to propel your professional career and support the inevitable regulations 

About the course & commitment

The senior housing and property management apprenticeship would suit staff that are in management or senior positions that have a role to play in business strategy, project management and finance. This work must comply with contractual, statutory, and legal regulations and approved codes of practice. 

The USP, is that the senior housing and property management apprenticeship supports Certified Practitioner Membership upon completion, achieve by collating evidence of knowledge, applied knowledge (skills) and a final work-based project. The members cost membership cost is covered by us, as a thank you for completing. The completion of the level 4 version also then grants you access to the level 5 chartered management programme for those that want to continue their journey!

The apprenticeship will include all resources, drop-in surgeries and an industry expert tutor, which according to our employer and learner feedback, is the main benefit of our apprenticeship offering.

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress staff onto our Operations / Departmental Management lever 5 apprenticeship to explore the art behind strategy or contact the CIH directly to explore the level 5 chartered certificate/diploma and continue their career development journey
