Housing & Property Management

Level 3 - 18 Months. Supports ARLA at membership level.

Knights Training Academy is offering the Housing & Property Management Level 3 apprenticeship as a comprehensive upskilling opportunity for existing staff of all ages. Alternatively, we offer a FREE recruitment service if you need support growing the team!

This programme is the equivalent of 2 A-Levels, runs over 18 months and has been specifically brought out in mind to support the inevitable RoPA regulations. It is a non-exam route, focusing instead on evidence of applied knowledge and a final project.

As standard, It includes one of our industry expert tutors, resources and first-year ARLA membership grade upon completion. However, for those who still want the Propertymark award to hang in their office, we are happy to fund the exams at no extra cost.

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress you onto our Senior Housing & Property Management Level 4 or perhaps a Senior Management apprenticeship to continue your career development journey.

The apprenticeship will cover everything from legislation and regulations to developing integral relationships with colleagues and partners. The role incorporates a degree of lone working with minimum supervision whilst predominantly working within the wider organisation and team, communities and external partners.

Senior Housing & Property Management

Level 4 - 18 Months. Supports ARLA At Membership or Fellowship level

Knights Training Academy is offering the Senior Housing & Property Management Level 4 apprenticeship as a comprehensive upskilling opportunity for existing staff, managers and senior leaders of all ages.

Alternatively, we offer a FREE recruitment service if you need support growing the team! This programme is the equivalent of a foundation degree, runs over 18 months and has been specifically brought out in mind to support the inevitable RoPA regulations.

It is a non-exam route, focusing instead on evidence of applied knowledge and a final project. As standard, it includes one of our industry expert tutors, resources and first-year ARLA membership grade upon completion.

However, for those who still want the Propertymark award to hang in their office, we are happy to fund the exams at no extra cost. Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress you onto our Operations / Departmental Management apprenticeship, which focuses on strategy, leadership and project management to continue your career development journey.

The apprenticeship is ideal for senior staff that haven’t yet completed their level 3, as it will cover everything from legislation and regulations to business development and financial management.

The role incorporates a degree of lone working with minimum supervision whilst predominantly working within the wider organisation and team, communities and external partners.

Junior Estate Agent

Level 2 apprenticeship + Level 3 award - 12 to 15 Months. Supports NAEA At Membership Level.

Knights Training Academy is offering the Junior Estate Agent Level 2 apprenticeship as a comprehensive upskilling opportunity for existing staff of all ages. The addition of the Propertymark level 3 award in residential property is a free bolt-on, but this award does require exams. Alternatively, we offer a FREE recruitment service if you need support growing the team!    

This programme is the equivalent to 5 x GCSE’s at grade 4(C) to 8(A), runs over 12 months and has been specifically brought out in mind of supporting the inevitable RoPA regulations. It is a non-exam route, focusing instead on evidence of applied knowledge and a final project. 

As standard, it includes one of our industry expert tutors, resources and first-year NAEA membership at associate grade on completion of the level 2 apprenticeship or full membership grade, should you bolt-on the free level 3 award. The level 3 resources and exams will be included in the apprenticeship funding if you choose this option. 

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress you onto our Housing & Property Management level 3 or perhaps our Team Leader level 3 apprenticeship to continue your career development journey.  

The apprenticeship will cover everything from negotiation skills. Communication, compliance & valuations. The role incorporates a degree of lone working with minimum supervision whilst predominantly working within the wider organisation and team, communities and external partners. 

Marketing Executive

Level 4 apprenticeship - 15 to 18 Months. Supports CIM Membership

Knights Training Academy is proud to offer the Marketing Executive Level 4 apprenticeship, a comprehensive programme for individuals working in or aspiring to work in marketing roles. This includes positions such as Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Campaign Executive. We also offer a FREE recruitment service to help you grow your team with the right talent! 

This programme is equivalent to a foundation degree and is ideal for those looking to develop skills in campaign planning, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement. 

The programme is delivered fully online via remote learning and includes support from one of our industry expert tutors and all required resources. 

Upon completion, learners can progress to a Level 6 Marketing Manager apprenticeship or other relevant higher-level qualifications. 

Content Creator

Level 3 apprenticeship - 15 Months

The Content Creator level 3 apprenticeship would suit staff that already have or would like the responsibility for developing and creating content that can be used across a variety of media platforms. Candidates would only need access to freely available software and tools and Ideally have a basic understandings of Microsoft packages and an interest in Marketing, Business, ICT and/or Media. It is ideal for companies that want to create a better online presence or sharpen-up their existing digital presence.

In summary, this programme looks at the development of strategies for creating written and audio-visual content for use as part of media, advertising and marketing campaigns, by capturing the objectives of the brand and the needs of the customer or business. The learner would focus on developing visual content using available tools (static images and video content), and written content using SEO techniques, as well as research, planning and preparation of campaigns and post campaign analysis.

Multi-Channel Marketer

Level 3 apprenticeship - 15 Months

The level 3 apprenticeship would suit staff that already work as part of a team, in which they have responsibilities of some of the straight forward elements of the overall marketing plan or campaign. The marketer would need access to some specialist tools/software provided by the employer and  will need to be working to an establish marketing plan or a campaign. They would need to report to a digital marketing, marketing or IT manager.

In summary, this programme looks at the development and application of basic marketing techniques through an understanding of customer relationship marketing, the customer lifecycle, coding principles for the purpose of SEA, as well as creating secure and appropriate solutions to achieve marketing objectives. This apprenticeship requires the learner to apply two areas of specialism, chosen from search marketing, search engine optimisation, e-mail marketing, web analytics and metrics, mobile apps and pay-per-click. 

Sales Executive

Level 4 apprenticeship - 15 - 18 Months

Knights Training Academy is proud to offer the Sales Executive Level 4 apprenticeship, a dynamic programme designed to enhance individuals sale skills, whilst further developing their professional development in one of several key areas. This includes positions such as Sales Consultant, Sales Negotiators, Senior Sales Negotiators, Sales Manager, Branch Managers, Business Development Executive, or Account Manager, operating in either Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer (B2C) environments.
