The Customer Service Specialist is an advanced level 3 apprenticeship delivered remotely over 15 months that focuses on the knowledge, skills and fundamental behaviours to propel your professional career.

The Customer Service Specialist level 3 apprenticeship would suit staff that lead on more complex customer queries and resolve problems that have been escalated with in their team. The program covers everything from customer experience to performance of a customer service team.

The USP, is that this programme covers all the fundamental skills including decision making, analysing and advise giving, maintain positive relationship in all situations and improving the customer experience. The apprenticeship is designed around a 360 degree approach to the customer journey, requiring the staff member to complete a professional discussion based on a portfolio of evidence collected over the duration of the programme’ accompanied by a remote practical observation and an interview on a work based project.

Each of your staff will be allocated an industry expert tutor to support them remotely 121, which According to our employer and learner feedback, is the main benefit of our apprenticeship offering.
