This programme is the equivalent of 2 A-levels, runs over 15 months and has option to add on a free industry specific award to support development. If the award/certificate you have in mind isn’t listed, please contact us to explore options.
As standard, the programme is delivered remotely and includes one of our industry expert tutors and all resources.
Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress you onto our Team Leader Level 3, Mortgage advisor level 3 or perhaps our Housing and Property Management level 3 apprenticeships to continue your career development journey.
The apprenticeship is ideal for both entry and existing staff and will be covering everything from project management, regulations, IT systems and business fundamentals. The role incorporates a degree of lone working with minimum supervision whilst predominantly working within the wider organisation and team, communities and external partners.
