Business Administrator

This programme is the equivalent of 2 A-levels, runs over 15 months and has option to add on a free industry specific award to support development. If the award/certificate you have in mind isn’t listed, please contact us to explore options.
As standard, the programme is delivered remotely and includes one of our industry expert tutors and all resources.
Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress you onto our Team Leader Level 3, Mortgage advisor level 3 or perhaps our Housing and Property Management level 3 apprenticeships to continue your career development journey.
The apprenticeship is ideal for both entry and existing staff and will be covering everything from project management, regulations, IT systems and business fundamentals. The role incorporates a degree of lone working with minimum supervision whilst predominantly working within the wider organisation and team, communities and external partners.
Team Leader
Level 3 - 12 Months. Includes optional bolt-on: CMI Level 3
Knights Training Academy are offering the advanced Team Leader Level 3 apprenticeship as a comprehensive upskilling opportunity for both aspiring and existing managers of all ages. Alternatively, we offer a FREE recruitment service if you need support growing the team!
This programme is the equivalent of 2 A-levels, runs over 12 months and has option to add on the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) level 3 award towards the end for free. This allows the apprenticeship the flexibility to remain manageable around their day to day duties, whilst offering those staff that want to go the extra mile to achieve the prestigious CMI accreditation.
As standard, the programme is delivered remotely and includes one of our industry expert tutors and all resources.
Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress you onto our Operations / Departmental Management apprenticeship, that focuses on strategy, advanced leadership, and project management to continue your career development journey.
The apprenticeship is ideal for those new to management or existing that haven’t had any formal training. The apprenticeship will be covering everything from managing a project, finance, building relationships and fundamental leadership skills.
Operation / Departmental Manager
Level 5 - 18 Months. Includes optional bolt-on: CMI Level 5
Knights Training Academy are offering the advanced Operations or Departmental Level 5 apprenticeship as a comprehensive upskilling opportunity for both aspiring senior managers and existing senior managers of all ages. Alternatively, we offer a FREE recruitment service if you need support growing the team!
This programme is the equivalent to a foundation degree, runs over 18 months and has option to add on the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) level 5 award towards the end for free. This allows the apprenticeship the flexibility to remain manageable around their day to day duties, whilst offering those staff that want to go the extra mile to achieve the prestigious CMI accreditation.

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress further afield to a level 6 or level 7 leadership apprenticeship delivered by one of our partners to continue their career development journey.

Customer Service Specialist
Level 3 - 15 Months
