Customer Service Practitioner 

The Customer Service Practitioner is a level 2 apprenticeship delivered remotely over 12 months that focuses on the knowledge, skills and fundamental behaviours to propel your professional career. 

About the course & commitment

The Customer Service Practitioner level 2 apprenticeship would suit staff that are new or existing and haven’t received any formal training on how to give effective customer service. The program covers everything from customer experience to interpersonal skills. 

The USP, is that this programme covers all the fundamental skills including understanding the customer journey, rapport skills, data recording and providing a positive experience. The apprenticeship is designed around a 360 degree approach to the customer journey, requiring the staff member to ‘Showcase’ key elements from their portfolio of work based evidence, a (remote) practical observation and a final professional discussion. 

Each of your staff will be allocated an industry expert tutor to support them remotely 121, which According to our employer and learner feedback, is the main benefit of our apprenticeship offering.

Upon completion, the employer will have the option to progress staff onto either our Team Leader Level 3 or Operations / Departmental Management lever 5 apprenticeship to explore the art behind strategy and continue their career development journey
