The Property Franchise Groups partnership with Knights Training Academy!

Knights Training Academy are happy to announce their new alliance with the Property Franchise group by offering sales and letting apprenticeships to franchise owners and staff, as well as a free recruitment service to help them grow their teams!

In the early initial stages of the partnership, we have already supported over 20 Property Franchise Group employers utilise the scheme, and a further 60+ either enquiring, onboarding or recruiting staff via Knights Training Academy!

The apprenticeships are not here to replace existing commercial options, but instead act as an alternative route that come with a heap of benefits! They are a non-exam route, focusing instead on gathering evidence of applied knowledge and a final work-based project. All programmes support Propertymark (ARLA/NAEA) membership applications, which as a thank you, we will even pay for upon completion!

As standard, all programmes include one of our industry expert tutors, resources and optional Propertymark exams, as we appreciate that some of you want still want their certificate to hang on your office wall!

Programmes are either fully funded or majority funded depending on their age, and come with additional benefits such as employer NI freezes, grants and student cards. Main eligibility: the business must be a limited company with an active PAYE scheme. Any staff put forwarded must be contracted to a minimum of 30 hours per week and not in any other fulltime training.

We are an Ofsted grade good provider and all programmes are official A-level or foundation degree equivalents that support UCAS, along with the inevitable RoPA regulations “all staff to a minimum of a relevant level 3 & all managers director sot a level 4”.

Apprenticeships are an excellent CPD opportunity to retain, nurture and develop your existing staff, as well as make you a more attractive employer when recruiting. Once a staff member has completed i.e. our Housing & Property Management Level 3 programme, they might opt for the Senior level 4 version or perhaps a higher level management programme to develop their leadership skills.

All apprenticeships are remote friendly and staff must commit to meeting a tutor at least once per month to complete an official review. All delivery workshops and tutor meetings can be agreed upfront, and recordings can be made available to support flexible learning options. As a general rule, an apprentice must be able to evidence that 6 hours of their working week have contributed to their development on the programme. These hours will be made up of apprenticeship work (i.e. completing worksheets), evidencing themselves applying the knowledge in the workplace (i.e. doing their day to day job!) and general CPD that links back to the apprenticeship outcomes captured via a diary system. Please contact us for individual programmes monthly apprenticeship commitment hours.

Please visit our website to arrange for further information via email, book a Teams call into our diary to chat it through, complete a recruitment template or go ahead an interest for yourself or existing staff!
