Celebrating Jan Hennessy: A milestone in Housing & Property management

We are thrilled to celebrate the success of Jan Hennessey, who has recently completed her Level 3 apprenticeship in Housing and Property Management with Knights Training Academy. Her journey reflects her dedication and the supportive environment at Knights.

Jan skillfully balanced her apprenticeship with work commitments by doing most of her studies at home, booking work hours when necessary. This flexibility was crucial, allowing her to excel both professionally and academically.

A significant part of Jan’s success is due to her tutor, Judith, whose patience and understanding provided unwavering support throughout the apprenticeship. Judith’s personalised attention helped Jan feel at ease, particularly during anxious moments.

Through the apprenticeship, Jan reinforced her knowledge of rules and regulations, enhancing her ability to handle queries, especially those related to legislation. She also incorporated regular reviews of the staff handbook into her routine.

Completing the program has significantly boosted Jan’s confidence in her current role, preparing her for future promotions. Her deeper understanding of industry regulations translates to greater efficiency and professionalism at work.

Jan highly recommends Knights Training Academy, especially praising the tutors for their exceptional support. The flexibility offered by the apprenticeship was a standout advantage, particularly compared to other training experiences.

The apprenticeship’s impact extends beyond Jan’s professional life. Feeling less stressed and more confident, she’s noticed a positive influence on her overall well-being.

We are incredibly proud of Jan’s achievements and eager to see how her enhanced skills and confidence continue to propel her career forward. Here’s to her continued success!
