Celebrating Natalie Klausen: A Journey of Growth and Achievement

Natalie Klausen, Director from Let’s Abode

DSW Housing & Property Management Level 3

Start: Jan 2023 – Completed: Oct 2024
We are thrilled to highlight the success of Natalie Klausen, one of our outstanding apprenticeship learners, who recently completed her program with Knights Training Academy. Since beginning her apprenticeship in January 2023, Natalie has experienced remarkable growth both personally and professionally.
The apprenticeship was thoughtfully designed to accommodate Natalie’s work commitments, with a dedicated day each week for her studies. She also utilised some weekends to stay on top of her workload, showcasing her dedication and time management skills.

Natalie received exceptional support from her tutor, which included a mock presentation before her assessment. This preparation allowed her to fine-tune her presentation skills, ensuring she delivered it seamlessly within the 20-minute timeframe.

The program provided Natalie with new insights, such as staying updated with legal compliance and managing client money in line with regulations. These skills have been invaluable in her workplace, enhancing her ability to handle current responsibilities and paving the way for future promotions. By demonstrating her high-level training, Natalie is confident that her qualifications will help attract more business.

Beyond her personal development, Natalie’s growth has positively impacted our business. Landlords are reassured of our commitment to industry standards, strengthening relationships and drawing in more clients.

Natalie has enthusiastically recommended Knights Training Academy to other housing professionals seeking qualifications, citing its manageability alongside a full-time role. The top advantages she highlights include access to an online portal, monthly topic meetings, and a tracker that makes progress monitoring easy.

We are incredibly proud of Natalie and excited to see her applying her newfound skills and confidence in her career. Here’s to her continued success!
