We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our digital marketing training team as a digital marketing/ content creator apprenticeship tutor. Knights Training Academy would be interested to hear from you if you have digital marketing / social media / digital content creation experience and are keen to impart your knowledge to new and aspiring individuals who want to get into the industry or are currently in the industry. 

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing / Digital Content Creator tutor, you will be asked to deliver apprenticeships across various industries, particularly those in financial, estate agencies and SMEs that can benefit from improving their digital image, engagement and online impact.

• Teach and deliver Digital Marketing / Content Creator workshops either 1-1 or to a group of learners.
• Support with the development of the curriculum, delivery resources and ways of teaching.
• Strive to develop all learner’s knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship criteria as well as support their development in the workplace
• Work with employers to ensure learners are embedding their new skills, knowledge and behaviours in the workplace ultimately further developing in their role.
• Maintain a good rapport with your learners and management within well-known national companies and small-medium enterprises, whilst providing them high quality service
• Effective management of workload and diaries to ensure efficiency in learner visits
• To maintain learners’ portfolios to agreed standards

Skills/qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Competent understanding of IT topics such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing and analytics.

• The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels including learners, managers and business owners
• The ability to encourage and motivate people
• Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time
• Presentation skills
• The ability to write reports, keep records, and work within budget.
• Knowledge of the core subjects.

Qualifications

• A relevant teaching, training and or assessor qualification i.e. A1/TAQA qualification is desired, but if not, full training will be provided.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience and a passion for teaching and learning.
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car
• Ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills.
• Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work to achieve excellent results
